Lucas Associates was established by Andrew Lucas in July 1991, and merged with the Wright Consultancy Group in 1998.
The practice handles a wide variety of work ranging from domestic alterations and extensions to temporary works, fitting-out contracts, and refurbishment and new-build contracts with values up to £2,000,000. Clients include local authorities, banks, developers and contractors as well as private individuals.
Lucas Associates advises several well-known London contractors on temporary works. Projects carried out in recent years include temporary works at The London Planetarium, The Inns of Court Law School (both for Hall & Tawse), Lombard House in Curzon Street (for Sindall Construction), Camden High Street (Cushion Fletcher Projects) and façade retention schemes at 8-10 Throgmorton Avenue in the City of London (Sindall Construction) and 2-12 High Street Redhill (Mansell).
